All information will be emailed directly to the Overton / Pickett 911 Director (Chris Masiongale).

All information fields that are required must be completed. Leaving any portion of the form blank will result in the form being discarded.

All information must be supplied by the owner of the phone of the address to be verified. After you have submitted the following information, please allow 5 to 10 working days for a reply. Confirmation of address will ONLY be done by phone (land line ONLY) (no cell phones permitted) and verification will ONLY be given to the phone owner. Any information submitted for any wrongful or illegal intent will be prosecuted!

Reason: The information supplied will be used to verify that the information we have is correct. Insuring that when a 911 call from a residence is made that emergency services are headed in the right direction. If you are a new home owner or have just moved, there is a chance that your Correct information has not made it into our data base. This is just another way of insuring that the information we have is correct and valid. You need to verify your address even if you have had your phone number and address for years. Better safe than sorry.
